Amane Misa Death Note cast: Sihaya as L, Xian Pu as Raito, me as MisaMisa Anime LA 2005 LOL totally a last minute cosplay. honestly. these are normal clothes i own. the week before Anime-LA, i was at sihaya's place teaching her how to make button holes w/t sewing machine. she told me that she was going to Anime-LA and they were thinking of cosplaying Death Note! (one of my fave manga!!!) i told her that one day i wanted to dress up as MisaMisa (because i wouldn't make a good Raito or L... plus i like MisaMisa) and she was able to 99% convince me to go. i told her that i didn't have a wig... but if she could get me a wig... i'd muster up some clothes. sooooooo friday rolls around and i'm thinking "i don't have a wig... so hee hee i don't have to go XD" i was going to call Sihaya later that night to tell her "oh no! i don't have a wig... so i can't go!" but she calls me up w/in 30 min and tells me "OMG! i'm staring at your wig!" sooooooooooo yeah! i find clothes... literally sat night before... and i was frustrated because i couldn't find the black&red corset top i have... or my other skirt... so i grabbed the only black lacy looking shirt i could find, my fancy belt, my updated morning coffee skirt, my pucchimoni boots and voila! sihaya hooked it up with the jewelry and arm warmers. i put on the wig for the first time at the con... and sihaya put in the pigtails... o_o it's such a great wig! good price too! *_* not really any construction involved! my skirt was made by me... but not for this costume. and that's it! check out the awesome pics we took! pic credits: 1-6) lionel; 7) super no.1; 8-9) i360.com; 10-11) imagecraft studios group pics! pic credits: 1-3,9) lionel; 4-5) i360.com; 6-8,10) blacklit.net; 11-18) imagecraft studios
