Chii (Chobits) Ani-Magic 2001, RECCA-con 2002 WOW... i actually talk about contruction? well first off... chii rules *huggles chi* :D thanks to claudia for being my twin chii! ^_^v chobits is one of my favorite mangas... my very favorite right now... yup it overtook angelic layer! this costume is from vol. 2 when chii is inside the room where the perv guy is videotaping her... ^^; yup i got this costume from 2 drawings... the only 2 drawings of this costume... but no one else had it... and i wanted it... shoooe... mine =D Nyaaa!!! material used? *points right* black stretch vinyl is hot!!! ^^;;; and mean that temperature-wise... but finally i was able to use the material... i've had it forever ^^; black stretch vinyl.. bought at $1 per yard... yup... :D dress made with a simple altered pattern for a tennis dress =p chain for the dress attached to the collar from an old bracelet... >_> the tail thingie... that hangs in the back... was cut and attach on the back with buttons ^_^ very simple =D boots covers made uh... iunno... cut and sew =D $.09 lace used for top of boots ^_^ arms part... um... made my own pattern... cut cut, sew, cut :D yay! they fit! wig... from ebay! ^_^ *blinks* but i might actually get another one... o_O sometimes chii's hair looks semi-beige... or like a pale blonde... -_-;;; but i like the silvery/white look... but i need a longer wig... chii's hair goes down to about her knees... shoe new wig for future chii costumes! ... updated!... aug 16, 2002... yup, pics 9-11 are from RECCA-con... see the new wig? not exactly an "ivory" color... they described it in the manga as such... so this hair color is more of the anime-feel to it, even though i like the manga 100x more than the anime. plus i didn't see a nice ivory/white wig that i liked as much as the blonde one. >_> i think i look better in blonde hair too... hehehehe... <_< hee hee... chii rules =D chobits manga is the best! the best!
